Optocize Vision Therapy

Our experience with Optocize Vision Therapy has been nothing short of incredible. Over the course of the program, our son grew by leaps and bounds, not only in his reading speed and accuracy, but also in his confidence. He even reports experiencing far less car sickness than before, which has been a wonderful bonus. The entire team made such a positive impact on our family. Dr. Williams, Stephanie, and especially Dr. Lettrick created an environment that was welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely fun for our son. Even when the activities were challenging, they kept him motivated and excited to come back each week. By the end of the program, it was truly bittersweet to say goodbye when he graduated. We are so grateful for the care, expertise, and encouragement the team provided throughout this journey. We highly recommend Optocize to any family considering vision therapy. It has made a meaningful difference in our son's life.

We were referred to Optocize when my twins were complaining of vision problems at the end of 1st grade. After completing the binocular vision exams (which felt like fun games for the girls), we started the recommended 15-week therapy program with Dr. Lettrick and Stephanie, and I never could have imagined either the positive outcome, or the incredible relationships built in that timeframe. They customized the programs to each of my girls' individual vision needs, as well as their unique personalities, and I truly can't imagine finding a better match in helping us navigate a situation that is not readily acknowledged or discussed at school or the pediatrician. Even when some of the exercises were frustrating, or we arrived at vision therapy tired and drained, we were always met with smiles, encouragement, and so much care and compassion. Each of my daughters was well aware and extremely proud of the progress they made each week, and grew to absolutely love their Thursday afternoon vision therapy sessions - we all cried a little on graduation day, because we knew how much we would miss our time together. Thank you Optocize, and thank you Dr, Lettrick and Stephanie, for making such a dramatic impact on our lives. It's rare to find such a wonderful combination of people who are truly exceptional at their jobs, and equally exceptional human beings.

Dr. Antonia Lettrick is outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly assess our situation, explain everything clearly, and create a therapy plan tailored to our needs. Her supportive approach made each session comfortable and productive. We've seen the real improvements in my child's symptoms. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with convergence or visual comfort issues.

I came to Optocize for help with concussion-related vision issues, and have seen massive improvement over the course of my sessions so far. Dr. Lettrick is extremely well-versed in TBI patient care and vision therapy, and is an extremely kind and patient person. I can't recommend Optocize enough!

Dr. Lettrick has been amazing to work with! Over the course of 5-6 months, I had met with neurologists, neurosurgeons, ophthalmologists and neuro-ophthalmologists and none could really explain what was going on with my vision, only (finally) that prism in my glasses might help. With the little information I had - convergence insufficiency - I began to dig. I was all set to drive to New York when I learned that Massachusetts had their very own specialized optometrists trained in Binocular Vision Dysfunction. My first diagnostic and conversation with Dr. Lettrick led me down a path toward understanding my condition, symptoms and triggers. She was ao professional, kind, knowledgable and specialized. Fast forward 15 weeks and I'm far better off than I was when I began. I still have work to do, but so grateful for my first round of lessons and looking forward to continued improvement. Grateful everyday for the help Optocize has been able to offer!

Dr Williams is a wonderfully caring and thorough practitioner. I highly recommend her for any vision-related issues and/or general eye care. She is knowledgeable, flexible, practical, and kind.

I did vision therapy here after having a concussion and WOW....what a game changer! I was having trouble reading and looking at screens with no improvement over a long period of time, but after vision therapy with Dr. Lettrick I can finally read and have screen time with no issues. A+
