Horrible experience twice. Office staff is horrific. I couldn't see out of the glasses they had made. They took the lenses out and sent me on my way. I paid for the frames and lenses. Actually my insurance did. I reported it to my insurance. Sadly, after 10 years, I will not go back to be treated like that. I do, however, like the Dr's.

Did beautiful work fitting new lenses into frames I'd bought in France. Also very fast in getting me contact lenses, and letting me try out daylong contacts first to see if I liked them. Responsive front desk people. Professional optometrist there is excellent, very thorough.

I have been going to Vision Associates for over 30 years and always have been happy with their service . Everyone acts highly professional . I highly recommend them.

Service is wonderful I've been going there since 1989 I moved to Wellesley and I still drive there I saw a previous comment that the glasses were just handed to her I find that very hard to believe They ALWAYS fit them and if they cost $474 that was your choice There is wide selection Also you can take your prescription and get them somewhere else They are professional and friendly always

I have been going to vision associates for 44 years& i have always had excellent experiences and service. All of the providers I have ever had are phenomenal. The front desk ladies are fantastic! I highly recommend them!! I would not go anywhere else! Thank you for always being so amazing!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Barsamian for years! Always awesome friendly visits. Amazing staff. Sharon recently helped my son with delivery of his first pair of glasses and she was wonderful. Thank you for always treating us like family. :)

Thank you. My family has complex medical needs and from the exam to picking the glasses, we don't feel pressured, we can take our time and even come back if we need a break. They truly are a team and I appreciate that. I'm glad we took a chance with them a few years ago. It was the best decision we've made for our eye care in a long time!
