Fantastic experience in Feb '26. At every stage of the process staff were highly professional but also personable. I didn't have to wait. The space is clean, bright and comfortable. I loved my new glasses and was disappointed when I slipped on the ice and cracked my frames soon after getting them. I stopped by the shop and the staff were very reassuring. A replacement pair is on the way and in the meantime I'm happily wearing a second pair I had ordered for work. 10/10 experience all around. You can't go wrong here.

I've been coming to this place for years. Service is great. They are very patient with All my questions. Everyone in the staff is great from the front desk all the way to the doctors. They do my prescription glasses two years ago. I went back for a check up and didn't need new lenses, but they totally renewed my existing pair. Great place all around. Would definitely recommend! This is the place.

I cannot say enough great things about All Eyecare in Medford. I've been a patient here for several years, and once again they went truly above and beyond.
The arm of my glasses--the part that goes behind the ear--completely broke off, and I honestly thought they were beyond repair. Tereq stepped in and did what can only be described as surgery on my glasses. He even went to another store to get the proper instruments and took the time and care needed to fix them perfectly. Thanks to him, my glasses are as good as new.
The entire team was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me, but Tereq's dedication and problem-solving really stood out. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days.
I highly recommend All Eyecare Medford to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a team that truly cares about their patients.

I can't say enough great things about this location, especially Eva and the entire team. Eva is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about her customers. She takes the time to listen and always helps us find the right glasses and fit. My whole family goes here and she treats each of us with such care and patience. What really stands out is how she remembers the little details from past visits and always follows up to make sure everything is perfect. You can tell she truly wants her customers to be happy and comfortable. She always makes sure we know she's available if we ever need anything, and that level of service means a lot. The rest of the staff are just as friendly and welcoming, and every visit feels easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was my first eye exam and the overall vibe was just off. The staff member who did the eye imaging wasn't very welcoming.
The optometrist was dismissive and inattentive. after I asked about the price of a specific pair of glasses, she went on her phone instead of answering me--unprofessional.
The exam itself was fine, but the customer service really wasn't.
Probably wouldn't return, but hopefully they improve how they interact with patients.

My favorite part is getting my new glasses and Eva is phenomenal. She always knows exactly what I like and what I'm looking for.
