We took our 3 year old daughter to get her first pair of glasses. We had no clue what we were doing. Thank goodness for Chandra-- it is clear that she has a million years of experience with pediatric optometry! Not only did she thoroughly and patiently explain things to us, she got our child focused and excited about her glasses! She's amazing and made this experience so fun and enjoyable! Thank you to Chandra, and if anyone out there has a kid who needs glasses-- I cannot see why you would take them anywhere else! (Yes that was an intentional vision pun... sorry)

I just had my first visit to Medford Optical and I couldn't be happier! I was in need of an updated eye exam but kept putting it off. With an upcoming extended business trip less than a week away I broke my glasses and my backup glasses were already in rough shape, Umberto stepped up! He got me in front of the Dr right away, upgraded my script and with the help of Chandra, they got me two pairs of glasses in hand in less than a week and at a very affordable price! If you follow my reviews, you know service is paramount with me, and in today's day and age of great service and quality at an affordable price is important to you, look no further than my new friends at Medford Optical.

Been feeling very welcome at Medford Optical. Umberto Rosetti, the optician who's in on Wednesdays--has an almost magical gift getting frames to fit just right! and teaching everything you need to know about how to identify (and thus distinguish/request) lens quality. Also Chandra beautifully rescued my current glasses (purchased elsewhere) when I broke off one whole side. Finally, last week their eye doctor, Dr. Schaefer, performed one of the most patient, thorough exams I've ever had.

Dr.Schaefer is an excellent eye doctor and she could facilitate part of the exam in French/Spanish/German for those that English is not their 1st language . She is extremely kind and knows very well her field. Thank you Dr Schaefer ! I will be back

Came here on a recommendation after having a bad experience with another local shop. Chandra continues to be incredibly helpful as our child grows, explains things directly to him, and helps us brainstorm durable eyewear solutions for active, athletic kids! Things come in pretty quickly and their communication is great.

We contacted Medford Optical to help us with a warranty claim for my daughter's glasses. We did not purchase her glasses with them, but they were still above and beyond helpful in processing our claim and securing replacement parts for her glasses. It was a very kind thing for them to do! (The original place we purchases her glasses was temporarily closed and not processing warranty claims). When we went to Medford Optical, I was impressed by the amount and variety of children's frames they had in stock. We will definitely purchase her next pair through them!

Fantastic, supportive staff. So excellent with kids: They aren't the over-the-top-sugary-sweet kind of people, but the sincerely-see-children-as-their-own-selves kind of people. I really loved and appreciated how they connected with my sometimes willful six-year-old to help him select a pair of glasses that he feels good wearing. Very grateful to have a place like this in the community!

I have been taking my two year old daughter here for over a year. The people that work at Medford Optical are always very efficient, they know what they're doing and they are so sweet to my little girl. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
