Boston Eye Group

I have been getting my contacts there for years .I called this morning, I needed them asap Luckily I got this gentlemen on the phone, his name is Rashid. He did ask me if I had insurance which nobody had ever asked me that before. I just assumed I had to pay out of pocket. I told him I didn't know for sure. He looked it up for me and I was so happy I do have insurance and it's covered almost all of my contact bill. He just took the time to do that for me. He was very sweet. From now on, I will always remember that name Rashid and I will definitely ask for him when I call. Give Rashid a raise he made an old lady happy

I made an appointment with Dr Brenner on the recommendation of my primary care physician. Before doing so I studied reviews of him and the Boston Eye Group and saw many positive write-ups. I can now say that I, too, found the office in Medford and Dr Brenner to be one of the best medical office visits I have ever experienced. They are friendly, efficient, competent and professional. If I could give it MORE than 5-stars, I would!

Do not go if you have VSP! The front desk person told I'm covered under VSP but they charged me $500 for an annual eye exam. UPDATE: 1 star to 4 stars. They apologized for the insurance confusion and removed the balance. Please be aware that different locations of the Boston Eye Group have different insuarnce covrages. Otherwise, I do recommend their service.

Dr. Nangle and Technician Emily helped us. Both were nice and friendly. We didn't wait for long we were there early in the morning.
