Everyone who works here, from the lovely receptionists to the contact lens fitting specialists to Dr. Kahan himself, are wonderful and truly care about their customers. Service is attentive, thorough, and kind. They are very adept with handling insurance, asking questions, making sure you know all your costs up front. Dr. Kahan himself is a very interesting and hilarious man. My family and I have been going here for several years now, and we all agree that this is one of the best medical practices we've been to. They will make it so you don't want to go anywhere else!

Went for a routine eye exam today, with Dr Kahan at Baystate Eye, after I was pleased with my experience here last year. Had a great experience again today. Dr. Kahan was patient, informative, answered all my questions and did not try to nudge me to buy glasses from his office/shop. The office staff were all friendly and helpful. So easy to find parking right near the office is so easy, which is a plus.

Great experience. Seen on time. Receptionist was great. Forms took a minute to fill out. Eye testing took only a few minutes. When I saw Dr Kahn he was very personable. Explained all my eye tests and results. He referred me to Sandie on the way out to help me pick out glass frames. Dr Kahn recommended a second prescription for my computer use. Great idea. Sandie was exceptional in helping me and recommending frames. Thank you Bay State Eye.
