Everyone at the Milford facility are excellent. I had cataract surgery of both eyes and Dr. Brenner was wonderful. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and makes the whole process a breeze. Cannot say enough about Boston Vision and I highly recommend them for any eye issues.

Went in for a lasik consultation. Everyone and everything was great right up to the consultation itself with the doctor. After an entire eye-checkup process, all for the doctor to say that she can't give me an accurate reading of my corneas because I wore contacts. There is no warning of this in any of their emails. The consultation was just the doctor asking me what I wanted to do. It all felt so pointless and distant. They mentioned the measurements would be repeated on the day of surgery, but why would I commit to that at that point.
I also didn't like the business side of things. They offer a discount and lifetime warranty on the procedure - only if you leave them a review. If your insurance offers a more beneficial discount with them, you have to ask for it.

Boston Vision started out great until you need to reschedule and or change things in the patient portal. I ended up requesting medical records to move to a different firm and the records department that handles this isnt even in during regular business hours.
To add to the disappointment, whoever covering customer service on the phone can't even change certain patient quality of life services. Crazy in this state and the other advanced medical outlets that uses the EHR record system they use yet can't train customer facing roles in performing this.

Dr. Patel was excellent. She was very thorough , pleasant and professional. Her attention to asking specific questions about some unusual vision I had on occasion in the past few weeks was very reassuring. She felt I should be seen again in three months after a visit to my primary care.
On another note: the technician who did the preliminary exams went through the motions. I also had difficulty with her accent. She spoke to the wall , not to her patient. Office staff was great.
