Drs and staff are great. My biggest problem with them is they overbook appointments. I've only been there 3 times. Each time I waited over an hour. Yesterday was no exception. Place was packed. After an hour I explained I couldn't wait any longer I was told that they had a 2 hour window for the appointment. I wish I had more patience and sorry to say my time is valuable too. Will look elsewhere. adding to your comment: I dont recall a 2hr window and thats probably my fault. But if you folks can send text messages out again and again confirming the appointment, then why not a text the dr is running an hour late. 60min doesn't seem that bad until your sitting in a room chuck full of people waiting your turn.

I'd like to leave 10 stars. Dr. Kaldawy is fantastic. He took care of my eye condition brilliantly. His concern was/is always my welfare.
Being able to have my appointments in Milford and not having to travel an hour+ is also fantastic. And, the staff he has assembled is also terrific.

I have had very positive experiences at Milford-Franklin Eye Center. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Kaldawy is very knowledgeable and kind. I was told ahead of time to budget for a 2 hour visit. I was there for about an hour and 45 minutes. I am very happy with the care I have received at this practice.

Even though they accepted the vision insurance they were trying to charge $350 upfront for a regular eye exam. The people are very unprofessional. They took my phone without permission while I was trying to show them my license. As well as the place was very unclean. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
General manager called me today to harass me . They don't want the truth heard. They want me to remove my review because the truth hurts.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody you're very unprofessional. Just charging people for procedures they haven't even had done . It was a regular eye exam scheduled. You accept the vision insurance so I shouldn't be being charged $350 before eye exam!
Also you have no right touching people's personal property!

My appointment for visual field testing went smoothly. The staff was able to fulfill my request for an appointment earlier in the day (as there had been a cancellation). The technician was super. She got me eye drops (since my eyes were dry), explained everything very well, and was pleasant. I was done with the testing within 30 minutes.

Office staff is very pleasant. You do wait a bit, but they warn you up front about that with each reminder that they send you. Allow two hours for your appointment like they suggest, and you won't be stressed. Their exams are very thorough and they are very patient and allow you to ask as many questions as you would like. Dr. Liu is wonderful!

I like Dr Kaldawy, I made 2 appointments in June for November that NO ONE RECORDED! I WENT TO THE APPOINTMENT AND WAS MET WITH BLANK FACES. NO APOLOGIES. NOT A HAPPY PATIENT.
