I love the doctors and service here. They are friendly and I get a comprehensive exam. They got my trial contacts in very quickly. They were amazing.

Elliott Eye Doctors in Milford are great at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of services!

This was our third year going here but no more. The eye doctors are awesome but can't deal with their strange policy and incompetent staff. I was told that per policy they can't see three of the same family members together so I went ahead and booked separately to be informed two days before the appointment that we will not get the female doctor we had seen before for two years and it's a male doctor. If you want to see the same doctor it has to be next year. Fine stick to your ways and your strange policies. We are taking our business somewhere else. Recent update: Dr. Elliott went through my case and wrote back in detail explaining, which is really thoughtful of him and shows that they care. Changing my review to a positive one. We have moved to another practitioner for now but will definitely reconsider in the future.

I ended up at Elliot based on reviews and my insurance changing so I needed a new eye doctor. The customer service leaves much to be desired and the office seems much more interested in making money than helping their patients. The only concern seems to be getting their patients to order from them. I had an emergency where I needed a contact because I had run out. They had my prescription, and they're my doctor but they refused to provide me contacts so I could get buy because I never ordered this particular contact from their office. I was told they can give me a contact to get by but only if I order contacts first, then they'll help me out. That is the opposite of caring about patients. I had the same issue after my initial appt. they just kept asking when I would order contacts. Aside from that, they never got my prescription correct so I went back to my old eye doctor and felt much better about my eye site, and he gave me contacts to get by, no purchase necessary! I never found anyone at the office to be particular friendly, including the doctor.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr.Esposito. We also brought our young daughter for an appointment and the staff was very accommodating. Devan and Amy were very helpful selecting a pair of glasses. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

Elliot Eye Doctors is a very friendly and professional facility. I have been going to them for many years now and have never had an issue. Amy is excellent and very personable. She always makes you feel very welcomed and ensures that you walk out with the best deal on glasses or contact lenses. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

The staff and doctors here are very kind and professional. Everything is always clean and on time. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff as well, being from the south it's nice to feel the smiles behind the masks. I've been getting my contacts and glasses here for 3 years now and they've always tried to get me the best deals and are very courteous to budgets.

Just an update...Saw Dr. Makenzie Elliott today & was reminded of why I will never go anywhere else! She is brilliant & has Such a lovely manner about her. I often joke about coming in to " just hang out", but clearly she is the reason that her staff is knowledgeable, friendly and has such a caring way about them. She is the perfect example for them. So, besides the best technology, array of great product, gorgeous office and meticulous staff, Elliott Eye' Dr.'s truly relate & care for their patients! Thank you Dr. M. Elliott. You are the best!
