I have had exams with Dr. Tong for the past few years. It's always has been a great experience. Christine has also been great to work with when picking out glasses. I did not feel rushed during the process, even though I took a lot longer than other patients due to insurance questions.

Beware of this place. They do not bill properly and if you are looking to get your FREE annual eye exam it won't happen and will never be free. They referred my husband out because he has diabetes and even though they knew Boston Vision took care of that part of his vision twice a year and we were very clear that he was just going to them for a quick eye chart (free annual exam) so he could get an updated pair of glasses, they still bill it under diabetic even though they do absolutely nothing to do with that and why they referred him out to Boston Vision. So they basically strip him of his free annual eye exam that the insurance gives him and told me over a recorded line that they won't ever bill it for a regular annual even though they do nothing for the diabetes. That just because he us a diabetic they can code it that way and get away with it so they purposely rip people off. Insurance is expensive enough without this kind of shady crap. Shame on you Greater Milford eye. And now that I know Boston vision also does annual eye exams we will be going to them for everything. People beware of this place, they do whatever they want, take your hard earned money and don't give a damn about their patients. Also they should say they handle diabetes on their website or cataracts, they sent me to Boston vision because they couldn't even tell I had them and what was going on with my eyes, Boston Vision figured it out fast. The doctor at Greater Milford eye told me directly that they couldn't handle figuring it out. This place is horrible!!!

You can tell they love what they do because they always look happy and make you feel comfortable. The doctors are caring, thorough, and take the time to explain everything. You never feel rushed--just well taken care of. If you're looking for great eye care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Greater Milford Eye has the best selection of glasses around and the best optical staff by far!!! They are always extremely patient when I try on a million glasses and don't mind when I come back for adjustments. The front staff is wicked accommodating and put me on a cancellation list this time. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

All the office staff here is amazing to work with. Terri and Ali up front are so friendly and kind and the optical staff is always helpful. Dr. Greg has taken wonderful care of my eyes. I've referred family members here to Greater Milford Eye.
