Great practice - have been coming here for years and had nothing but great experience both with the doctors and with retail side of the business - they have very curated selection of frames and have always been super helpful in recommending things that were both within my budget and style. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone in search for a solid optical practice.

Had a fabulous first visit with Dr. H where he treated me for dry eyes. Went home with eyedrops and a bruder mask that ended up being very helpful in bringing more comfort to my dry eyes. All in all, everyone in the office was super friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place for all of your vision care needs!

This was my first appointment after being with my last optometrist for 20 years who retired. So, hard act to follow! Please note, this is not a bot generated review! All comments are true. I was greeted by the nicest front desk person, whom walked me through the paperwork, (I'm bad remembering names, apologies!). First impression, A+. We hit it off and chatted and shared stories. While I waited... a very short time, a person that helps with the prescriptions and selecting eye wear took time to connect personally. We had some. good laughs. They have been in the business a great amount of time. Then I met with Dr. Puneet Harisinghani, OD, same first, excellent impression. Personable easy to work with. They, walked me through the procedures like silk. I had questions and request... all were addressed expertly, kindly, respectfully. No rush, treated my request with amazing ease. A+ and excellent sense of humor... I had fun! Their equipment was impressive too, similar to my Ophthalmologist, this saved me a routine appointment with my Ophthalmologist. The next person I worked with for prescription, pricing, and style assistant, assisted me with the utmost kindness, expertly, gracefully, just like the other staff members, great sense of humor, A+ too! Finally the person that made my yearly exams appointment. I thought we knew each other! This is how amazing they were and I had to give over my money... happily, I did. Right from the first hello, I knew this establishment was an exceptional business, but more than that I was treated like a new friend, they felt like family. I can't say enough about them! One of the most thorough and comprehensive eye exams I have ever had. Dr. Tomasino is terrific. Her explanations were clear; her guidance on alternate prescription technologies excellent. I learned so more more in this single exam and consult than the last several years of eye care. 100% recommend. Doctor and staff were fantastic to deal with. Great communication all around. Hat tip to Grace, who took care of the initial onboarding. Very glad I discovered Natick Eye Care.

Excellent customer service, eye examination and assistance with ordering new glasses. From entering the establishment to leaving that staff gave me and my Husband a very warm welcome and mad us feel that they were happy for us being there. I highly recommend Natick Eye Care!
