I booked via zocdoc to get a chalazion removal with Vivek Mallampalli, he was listed as a provider for this service YET when I got there he says that he does not do that procedure. He prescribes some drops that didn't help with anything so he could schedule an unnecessary 2 minute follow up so he can further charge my insurance and in turn send me a $200 bill to my house, for what? I don't know because he did absolutely nothing. Two visits to refer me to another doctor. A true scammer, I recommend you stay away from this place. I literally waited longer to see him than what the visit lasted for him to tell me "oh yes it's a chalazion" ... well DUH, that's why I scheduled a CHALAZION REMOVAL.

Amazing experience. Needed a spring loaded hinge repair. He did it in just minutes and didn't even charge me. 5/5 Will return!

My Mom and my Dad recently saw Dr. Huang and she has been incredibly thorough during their exams, identified issues that other places have not picked up on, explained treatment options and next steps with the right level of details. Also, I just got my own new beautiful glasses and am obsessed with them. Store manager helped me pick them, measurements are impeccable, and they fit great right out of the box. Thank you!

Walked in to fix a broken nose pad on my sunglasses. They got me fixed up within 10 minutes. Didn't charge me even though I offered to pay. Very nice and helpful people as I watched them similarly help an older gentleman tighten his glasses

Simply the best place to get glasses. My wife and I have been going here for decades and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to see a small family run business that cares about their customers. Would highly recommend.

I have Keratoconus and it can be pretty debilitating. I can't drive, I get headaches, etc. I went to a well known Optician with many locations in MA. I waited for 3 years (yes, years) for them to get me the right lenses through trial and error, and eventually gave up. Dr. Rae Huang got me the first version of my lenses after one MONTH. We had to do minor adjustments since then, but nothing unexpected/out of the ordinary. I am three months out from my first appointment with her and my life has completely changed for the better.
