Eye exam was excellent and informative. Super clean environment. They have an amazing selection of beautiful well made frames that is very varied but not overwhelming. The staff, Nellise I believe?, was excellent at helping me find something that worked well for me. I've never had anyone that good at figuring out what works well, and I've worn glasses my whole life. It made the decision making super easy and fast!

This is a great shop for eye exams and glasses purchases! The optometrist is thoughtful and knowledgable. She offers advice about eye care beyond simply providing prescriptions. The glasses sold are really nice -- definitely pricey but great quality -- and the staff is really attentive about making sure they fit properly once they arrive at the store.

Amazing store, selection, and service. I found a pair of sunglasses online that really stand out and are unique (YOUMAWO - ICARUS) in deep blue. Since Yosemite was the only USA retailer that I found for this brand, and since I live in Florida, I reached out to Yosemite to see if they carry this frame. Although this specific frame was not in their store, they advised that they could order from this German company, and have it delivered to me. The frames arrived yesterday, and I am quite pleased. Thanks to Yosemite for an amazing experience and for the amazing YOUMAWO frames.

I love finding new frames and Yosemite by far has the nicest, most interesting, and varied collection. They carry fabulous frames alongside simple ones and all by the highest quality frame manufacturers. They carry frames I can't find any place else. Their lenses also are very high quality and they take great pride in producing an outstanding finished product. The service is also fantastic. Carlos in Newton does a great job finding the right frames for your face and is incredibly patient in answering questions. I highly recommend Yosemite!

Dimitry and Victoria are consummate professionals and wonderful to work with. They are highly responsive and provide helpful feedback. Yosemite Eyewear offers the best selection of frames, and their custom lenses are of high quality. If they do not have a specific model in-store, they help to locate it for you. Highly recommend!

Dimitri and his team are above and beyond. No other eyewear shops would do what Yosemite eyewear team did. I have this Lunor eye glasses I love so much but maybe I didn't love them enough so I oafishly stepped on them and had one temple broke and gone. Because they had a tortoise pattern, it was impossible to find the same frame but Dimitri made a special order for me from Germany, and I wasn't quite happy with the new frame, only because the pattern wasn't identical (basically I was nitpicking), then he took my broken glasses to his special repair team to try to save them. Dimitiri actually even ordered the missing hinge from Germany again. He literally did everything to help me. He heard me and felt for my sadness over the broken frame. The whole process took many months, and he regularly texted me and updated me on where it was going. Eventually and sadly the frame turned out to be unsalvageable, but it was truly the best service I have ever experienced in a world where fine services are hard to find and often they don't even bother to look for real and tell customers to send pictures or emails and avoid any nuisances. From now on, I only go to yosemite as long as they stay in MA. Kindness matters!
