They rescheduled my appointment less than 24 hours before a 9:30am appointment. They left a VM but no follow-up. No reason given for the change. Also failed to inform me it was scheduled as a telehealth appointment. The most unprofessional medical office I've experienced in a long time. I will drive an hour for a more professional eye doctor.

Amazing experience with everyone at this office!!! Tina especially took the time to sit with me and go over my new glasses and I came back a second time for an adjustment and she was just as nice and patient as anybody could be!!!! So nice when people truly care and it shows!!! I would highly recommend this office!!

The lady doing the glasses orders needs to retire. She is not accurate when measuring for glasses. The glasses there are cheap and plastic
Spectacle shop is very professional and gets the measurements right the first time. Avoid the lens shop
