I love this office. They're very friendly an keep up to date on annual appts. Fit you in when you have an emergency. Buying glasses is a pleasure. In the sales side she really recommends what looks good on you... I always walk away feeling taken care of.

This review is for the vision gallery. At best, I was victim of some very poor customer service, and at worst I was misled. Sunglasses made of glass -- sounds simple, right? Visit 1: Picked out frames, gave them my prescription, rejected the upcharges for plastic or polycarbonate lenses and explained that I prefer glass because I've worn glass the last 10+ years and my main concern is distortion, which I have experienced with plastic lenses, and my old optometrist whom I trusted told me glass was the way to go. I also express that the thickness of the lenses, due to my heavy prescription, is no big deal and I LIKE having thick lenses. I ask to make sure that the frames I've picked out will be able to support glass lenses and Jon tells me there will be no issue. I also tell them I want light blue mirroring, opaque so that my eyes cannot be seen (helps anxiety management). All of this is repeated back to me and I feel like my requests are heard and understood. I leave satisfied. Visit 2: I receive the first pair of sunglasses which they noticed had a manufacturing error, causing distortion in the periphery on the left. They told me they reordered them. I notice the mirroring is not the color I selected, but a darker blue. Rebecca tells me I did in fact ask for the darker blue and alludes to a conversation I don't remember having. No big deal...but it's not opaque and that's a bigger deal to me. I communicate this and I'm told the manufacturer can't make it more opaque. I find this unlikely -- mirroring can be repeated to increase the intensity. I'm told it will need to be silver in order for it to be opaque. I call in after this visit and tell them silver is fine. I'm getting suspicious. Visit 3: After a week or two with the distorted glasses I'm believing that it's more than just the manufacturing error causing the major peripheral distortion. I had them check the prescription & I went to my eye doctor and had my prescription checked, all fine and correct. They assure me I'll adjust to the new prescription over time and that the new (silver) sunglasses should have no distortion. Rebecca notes that the glasses aren't even that thick! To which I remind her that I like having thick lenses, and she backpedals. Visit 4: I've worn the new sunglasses for another couple weeks and the distortion is still an issue. I bring up that glass shouldn't do this, and they spill the beans -- these glasses aren't glass! "What do you mean, these aren't glass -- I asked for glass!" In an embarrassing display over the next 10 minutes, Rebecca takes apart my current glasses and bounces the lenses on the table to convince me that my current regular glasses are not made of glass at all. Jon says that if I got them made of glass, they'd be "5 pounds" -- I repeat that I've worn glass for 10 years and he says he'd be "very surprised" if that was true, considering my prescription. I'm insulted but stay quiet. Rebecca helps me pick out another frame and I tell them to make sure they're glass this time. I ask to make sure, once again, that the heavier lenses will be supported by the frame. She assures me they will, and points to the sides of these frames. "This will hide the thickness of the lenses!" I remind her again that that isn't something I care about at all. At this point I am very discouraged and just want to be done. Visit 5: I finally receive the glasses. When she puts them on my face, Rebecca says, "Yeah...these are a lot heavier..." and I say, "Perfect." She hands them to me and points out how well the thickness of the lens is hidden by the frame. "Yep," I say. Lights are on but nobody's home! I will travel an hour to another vision gallery if it means I will be treated with more attention and care.

I've had a good experience with Maselli & Field Family Eyecare. They have a good selection of frames and are very helpful with choosing the right pair of glasses.

I went to them 4 months ago and they said they needed a prier authorization for my second pair of glasses and had it now 4 months later they told me another 4 weeks I'm done with them I will pay for my exams at Walmart for now on

Very poor customer service appointment was at 4:15 p.m. after 5p.m still haven't been seen! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
