Very rude disrespectful . Customer Service is very terrible. The demeanor wanna answer the phone the way articulate and speak to you is inappropriate. they speak to insurance companies, as if they don't have any manners I wouldn't recommend them They have you on hold so long and then have the nerve to act like they have a attitude when you're bringing them service

An excellent, thorough doctor whom I trust, with a friendly, effective staff. Dr. Cohen listens, applies her extensive knowledge and explains what I want to know in depth. Particular effort was made to meet some rather specific needs I have due to the nature of my visual work. I'm extremely glad I found Dr. Cohen! They also have very handsome selection of glasses frames.

I have been seen Dr. Cohen for years and she is the best eye doctor around! My husband and my two sons see her too! She is caring, professional and very knowledgeable! Everyone at the front desk is amazing!

I started seeing Dr. Cohen in the early 90s, and she was far and above the best eye doctor I had ever seen. I then moved away for 15 years, never found anyone even close. Returned to MA in 2015 and I'm thrilled to be her patient again, as is my daughter. Dr. Cohen is incredibly thorough, even noticed a slight difference in the size of my daughter's pupils (which I had never noticed), and proceeded to take us through the potential causes as though she sees this every day. She takes her time, leaves no question unanswered and is all around a very caring doctor. She is the best! Her staff is top notch too!

First impressions of a clean, well run business. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient (I'm picky when it comes to selecting the right frames). Dr. Cohen is wonderful, caring and informative. I can't say enough. I even transfered my children's eye care to her as well!

Extremely disappointed, I am disabled with vision problems. Had several attempts to be seen for prescription glasses, 1) said they'd call me to schedule a appt and get eye glasses 2) after 2 weeks I called said she was busy and would call back and didn't need me to leave my number she had it 3) went in, asked why they hadn't contacted me and they apologized and schedule appt which when I went in, almost 4 weeks from initial visit to schedule appt, and I waited and no one was available and after 20 mins I started not feeling well and couldn't wait ,so I left. Why schedule an appt? Maybe they don't want to service a disabled senior with vision problems? Awful and disrespectful to someone with disabilities who has difficulty making several attempts to come in. And still no one followed up to inquire if everything was ok.
