From the booking process through the end of the visit, Hamel Eye Associates made things easy and comfortable. Dr. Sehgal not only answered my questions, but went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the "why" behind the exam. She is personable, caring, and very efficient! The exam was quick, but she was patient and made sure I never felt rushed. Would absolutely recommend this practice!

Honestly I'm pretty sure that many people read this agree with me. From the beginning to the end excellent work No pressure at all very polite staff and good service I was received and welcomed by Miss Leanne at the front despite the fact that prices are going up everywhere and on everything these days she managed to give a discount . I am very very very happy with my Doctor . T Sehgal Optometrist and I refer you guys to her guaranteed 100% satisfaction and you want be disappointed I've been other places like Tallman Eye Association in North Andover and they really scammed me with over $600 I trust Hamel Eye Association Peabody and I will never go to other places... Excellent service, very kind and caring. My eyes were thoroughly checked by a very personable Doctor for the correct prescription and to make sure they were healthy with quick testing. Also, with help from the staff, I got fitted into a slick pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses that fit my face and instantly transformed me into a movie star actor. Straight facts. Thank you to everyone!

This place is a rip off! They charge you for two different exams and don't tell you that you are having two different exams until you see the receipt with an additional $160! Don't go there! Find an honorable practice not one that screws their patients out of money.
