We just had the VERY BEST experience working with Shellee at the Eye Place. She was able to give us an appointment very quickly and while we were there, we had her undivided attention. She is incredibly knowledgeable about "all things vision/glasses" related. We had a very unique situation as my brother needed glasses after a stroke and she understood all the idiosyncrasies involved. She was able to inform us and guide us given his needs. Beyond her outstanding professionalism and knowledge, she is incredibly kind and so much fun to talk to. You feel as though you are a part of her family from the first minute you arrive. Her selection of frames is vast and there is a great mix of styles to satisfy even the most discriminate consumers. The turn around time is the fastest that I have ever experienced in my many decades of purchasing glasses. The glasses were a perfect fit right out of the gate! However, I am confident that if there were any issues, Shellee would work hard to be sure that we walked away 100% satisfied. We will never again go elsewhere for our eyewear needs from now on. The Eye Place is one of those "rare to find these days" little gems where the old values and characteristics of quality, professionalism, satisfaction and compassion still exists. What can I say, Shellee is truly the best. From her dedication to making sure everything is perfect, to her super positive persona, to her attention to details, can't say enough good things. I brought my daughter to Shellee to get her first pair of glasses, she went over all the best options for her age. She also didn't just sell us what she had onsite. She knew a better pair of frames that she didn't have in stock would be the best choice. She ensured they were expedited and got them completed in the same time frame as the ones she already had in house. At pickup, the glasses were perfect!!!

What an outstanding experience I had when I went to The Eye Place for the first time. My glasses that I've had for over 10 years snapped in half recently, right on the bridge. I need them desperately to see. Ordering glasses at most places would take days to come in. Teaches me a lesson not to have a back up pair around. So on a whim I found The Eye Place. First off, on Shelles, The Eye Place website, I really liked what she had to say about herself, her background, and how she runs her business. As a person that has spent many years in sales, I believe in transparency and not being pushy with the customer. Shellee has those same values. Transparently speaking I just went in there to see if she had any ideas on how I could maybe fix them. She's quite lovely in person. She knows what she's talking about and treats you like your family. I felt like I had known her for years, the way that we talked. When I finally pulled out my glasses to show her what had happened, she didn't even miss a beat. She found a similar frame and popped out the lenses on my broken pair of glasses and put them in the new frames. The new frames are at a great price point. She made little adjustments on the glasses to ensure they fit my face properly. The transaction was smooth and seamless. I love my new glasses. Shellee has a wonderful selection of glasses to fit any face and designs to fit anyone's unique style. You can tell by the way Shellee interacts with you that she loves what she does and she ensures that her customers leave with a smile on their face and the perfect eyeglass frames. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful Optician that takes pride in their work and delivers high quality care.

My wife and I started seeing Shellee before she even opened The Eye Place. When she moved, we followed her, and now I rely solely on Shellee for all my eye glass care, be it new, lens replacement, or general maintenance on my glasses which seem to take a beating. She is always cheerful, helpful and efficient. Her inventory is amazing, and if she does not have what you want, she will research options for you. Highly recommended!

I took my 3 year old daughter here to find some new glasses because she broke her first pair in under a month... Shellee was AMAZING! Very friendly, good with kids and very knowledgeable. We came looking for a brand of glasses called Tomato glasses which Shellee highly recommended and now I see why! They fit her so much better than her first pair, I wish I had come here first! It was a much better experience than we had previously and much more customized. We highly recommended this place and these glasses for anyone who has kids!!
