The office staff is great, the technicians were friendly....Rude and unprofessional Surgeon, arguing with " the patient" ..( me)
Dismissing the fact i got into 2 car accidents, blew 2 tires on the eye side with poor vision, " lets watch it " ?! Ok, I should hit someone before you pay attention to me? Go else where, they are awful! Weymouth office worse !

The Dr literally brushed aside my serious concerns despite my significant eye history. He was dismissive and rude. Said if I felt it necessary I could follow with neuro ophthalmology at Mass Eye and Ear. Neither the Dr or his staff were able to provide me with even the phone number. My symptoms: severe eye pain and new onset of double vision. I will be moving my care elsewhere. This place is pathetic from trying to secure an appt to getting appropriate care. My message. Save your sight and go elsewhere.

Been a patient of Eye Health for many many years but will no longer be a patient since they became OCB. First off they no longer take my insurance (news to me) and had an available appointment in 2027!!!! They also need to brush up on Customer Service . Too bad because I used to like my doctor there......

I gave one star because you can't leave zero. I've been a patient for more than 15 years. Since they changed ownership this place has tanked. Doctor to patient ratio is insane, wait time is way too long and the call center service is lousy. During my most recent routine checkup, I was forced to pay $65 for them to print out a copy of my contact lens prescription even though the examination charge was $495!! I will not be back and highly recommend you look elsewhere for your vision care.
