Would rate less than 1 star if I could. No eye appointment for two years prior to this got multiple texts saying I'm due and then show up and had no app booked. was told insurance wouldn't cover (blue cross) which should. Multiple family members who have came here have had this experience showing up for apps they were prompted to make to only be told they either weren't in system or covered. After three years of this and why I waited two years to make another app can say this has been the worst experience service to simply get my eyes checked

I can't say enough. Karen was excellent. Walked through the paperwork and insurance coverage. Karen picked out glasses she thought would be the best fit and turns out that is what I went with. She was very patient and didn't rush my appointment. Karen has great knowledge of the process and store/location.

The staff was polite & kind. Excellent customer service. They explained everything from check in through check out. The women who helped me pick out glasses was super helpful. The women who took my optos photos was so kind and gentle when I had a bandage on my forehead. She could see I was struggling with placing my chin/forehead in the machine. I highly recommended this place! 10/10! I love it here!

Super nice, great service. My BCBS covered the exam cost. Paid 39 additional for eye pressure test and pictures of the back and inside of the eye (avoiding dilation). In and out with a full exam and a new prescription in 20 minutes time.

The staff and receptionists are very nice... but THE OPTOMETRIST!!! so incredibly rude and condescending every time I've been in there. The first time she asked me why I was so late when I actually got there 5 mins early and was waiting to be taken in. The second time she was also just not nice and very short with me. It's a shame because I've been going there for a while (previous Doc was very nice) but I will be switching to a different eye doctors moving for forward!
