I'll never go anywhere else if I don't have to. I always walk out of there knowing I got the best experience whether it's an exam or fitted for some new specs. The #1 takeaway is that Dr. McHale is detail oriented. Expect the most thorough and educational experience. If you're in a rush, make sure you let them know.

Dr. McHale was great & very thorough! He explained everything step by step, was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and they helped with selecting new glasses & frames. I am very happy with them & recommend Ideal Eye Care to anyone needing Optometrist!

I've been a patient of Dr McHale's for several years. He and his staff are quite knowledgable and patient focused. Not only is Dr McHale a consumate professional he is thorough, quite knowledgeable and more importantly takes the time to clearly explain what one may require. I don't understand the 1 stars unless it's the competition. Dr. McHale is a 5 star Dr. I highly recommend you see him. You will be happy you did.

Some people must be trying to torpedo this place. I have no understanding why anyone would give this place anything but a positive review. The administrative person/one who was so very kind as to help me pick out and fit my (quite dapper if I don't mind saying so myself) glasses was literally one of the kindest people I've ever met. It's difficult to see 1-star reviews with absolutely no context with are (most likely) attempts to take away a person's livelihood over some sort of silly beef because the owner wouldn't give them a discount or something like that... we've all seen them...

I do not understand any reviews less than 5 stars. Stellar practice, patient focused, so knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. McHale to anyone.

As a healthcare professional myself I can handily tell this man has a solid hold of the science of his profession. I would absolutely recommend him and may refer any clients I have in my office to him for treatment if they require such services. I am definitely selecting him for future eye care for myself and my family.
