Great little place in downtown Salem. Seems to be just two people in the whole place, which is great and personable. Both the receptionist and the doctor are extremely friendly. Got an eye appt done and new glasses in a week for far less than I was expecting to pay!

When my father had passed, I was trying to make appointments ! The receptionist is awfully sharp and can be awfully mean without knowing what's going on in someone's life talk to me he was awesome and invited me back. She is not letting me come back after losing an appointment or to not cool

The only thing going for this practice is that the Doctor is nice... Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, office/exam room is outdated, and they have an extremely poor selection of glasses to choose from. Receptionist was nasty when I asked her to send my prescription to Lenscrafters as I liked their selection of glasses better. When it comes time for my next eye exam, I will be going elsewhere.

I came in for a minor adjustment to my glasses and the receptionist was very rude and condescending. She not only didn't fix the issue with my glasses, but actually made it worse. Have absolutely no intention of returning.

My friend went in to get his glasses and the woman who calls herself professional was extremely rude and impatient. It seemed like she was just in a rush to get him out of the place and rude when my friend had questions about his glasses. I do not recommend this place to anyone! What awful customer service.
