Had great difficulty seeing in both eyes. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Bierman quickly to evaluate the problem. After several test, Dr Bierman diagnoses stated a film had formed over the eyes, which she mentioned can happen after cataract surgery. Lazer surgery was recommended, Her schedule was full,
She came in on her day off to do the surgery... the result positive I was able to see perfectly.. I will never forget her kindness. She and her staff. A+++

The front desk staff(2 ladies for checkin/out) are uncompassionate and unprofessional in their tactics for dealing with patient, no courtesy and dismissive so is my 2 encounters with Dr Townsend. Dr bierman whom I have never met refused services to my child due to insurance issues unrelated to us ,but completely due to the incompetence of their billing department. Also left a compliant for office administrator who never returned my call. This office should not be a viable practice for patient care in my opinion.

Rushed eye exam, and my new eyeglass prescription was not working for me. I called them back a few months later and explained, questioning another visit charge. They stated "they don't do it for free". I decided to go elsewhere and won't return.

The blonde lady at the front desk needs to be fired! She is extremely rude! She made my daughter cry because she did not have a mask on! It's pathetic how they are a doctors office and don't even provide masks but they can provide bad attitudes!
