It's a calming pleasure to have my eyes examined and treated. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Resnick is superb, in all senses of the word. I have had 60+ years of different doctors, and she is the finest. Thank you, Dr. Resnick.

This office staff was pleasant and courteous however everyone is robotic, obviously going thru the motions of saying the same thing to patients every day. The waiting area is outdated and dirty, with worn furniture and carpeting as well as several light fixtures not working and some with missing covers and about to fall from the ceiling. The main waiting room is not will lit. The after-prep waiting area is extremely small, there wasn't enough room for all the patients to sit for an hour before seeing the actual doctor. The doctor was pleasant and thorough and answered all my questions however our time together was very short. When I first arrived at the clinic the receptionist never looked up from her computer, I had to interrupt her so I could check in for my visit, I waited a couple of minutes before interrupting her. Currently there is a high circulation of the flu in Mass and none of the staff wore mask and none of the patients were asked to do the same. On the positive side the clinic is a ground level facility with easy access for handicap and elderly. Location is easy to find.

Very efficient practice. Over the past 5+ years, I've been impressed at how efficiently they manage a high patient volume. I just wish they had kept the Falmouth location.

Dr Englander performed successful surgery on my eye several years ago and I follow up annually. She is a talented surgeon and a terrific doctor all around. I highly recommend she and the OCB group.

It has been awhile but was able to get an appointment. It has been 2 years since I saw a professional eye doctor. I came into office and the crew was attentive, helpful answering questions, and over all, a positive group. My tech was great, Dr. Oats was easy to explain results about a new script and follow up if it doesn't correct my vision. In today's world, an entire staffing group made me feel a great contact on my visit. Kudos! DST

Very busy. Usually means it's a good place. Start to finish staff displayed top notch professionalism. It gave me confidence that I was in the right place, and I felt taken care of. These days, with declining quality in service in many industries, a medical operation such as this one, deserves even more kudos. Thank you!

Cataract surgery was a walk in the park. Everyone from check in on were all so nice. Mothing to worry about.

Needed an emergency appointment during the holiday week. Was given an appointment the same day. All the staff was very friendly. Dr Albert Liao was wonderful. Would highly reccomend this group if you have any vision issues. So glad we have such a high level of medical care on Cape Cod.
