Dr. Roberta Ferraco is the best doctor out there. She and her team are excellent, professional, responsible, and proactive. My family and I had an appointment with her last week, and as always, we received great service, promptly at the scheduled time. They helped us choose the best glasses that fit our budget. However, we've been clients for more than 10 years. After going to a place that incorrectly indicated my 4-year-old daughter needed glasses, I sought a second opinion, which is when I met Dr. Roberta Ferraco. She conducted another exam and informed me that the purchase of glasses was not necessary. From that moment on, she gained our trust. She doesn't just want to sell glasses; she genuinely cares about people.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Roberta Ferraco for some time now and we couldn't be happier. She is highly qualified, attentive, and truly passionate about her work. Her team is welcoming and professional, and the clinic is cozy, with private parking. I have already recommended Dr. Roberta Ferraco to several people, and they have all been very satisfied. Back in 2020, I got a new pair of frames from them after my first exam. When I went back in 2021 for another exam, Dr. Roberta told me that the frames I got didn't fit me (they were tight against the sides), and was surprised when I told her that I had purchased them from her office. That only points to the associates not helpful in ensuring I got a good product the year prior. You can only figure out so much when you're sampling glasses from the wall and your eyes are slowly dilating from the drops. An honest opinion/comment while choosing the frames would have been great to have. Fast forward to 2023. The office is open until 6PM (website says 8PM Monday, but that's wrong), but I was told that they don't see patients past 4PM. I was also told that they don't take Saturday appointments with certain insurances -- this only changed in the past few years. My prior appointment on a Saturday (in 2021) was allowed, and worked better for my schedule seeing as she needed to dilate my eyes with eyedrops and I could not see for the a good portion of the remainder of the day. Being open on Saturday was the whole reason that I chose this office years prior. Overall pretty disappointed with the office over the past few years. Definitely looking for a new optometrist.

I was going to the same eye Dr my entire life and I never wore the glasses because they were always too strong. I came here and not only had a great experience, but I got an accurate prescription. Everyone is very friendly. I would recommend. She is very knowledgeable and professional, I felt confident leaving the office.
