I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. My girlfriend's contact lens prescription was done incorrectly the first time, which required her to return the contacts and redo the exam. That alone was frustrating and time-consuming.
After repeating the exam, they provided trial contacts again. The first time, we didn't realize the trial lenses were off, but this time everything appeared to be correct. However, when we called to place the new order, we were told we had to pay again -- even though we had already returned the incorrect contacts.
They claimed they never received the returned contacts and refused to take any accountability. As a result, we were out several hundred dollars. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I've been a frequent customer and have recommended this office to friends. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.

After going to a single optometrist for 42 years, I had my eye exam for contacts & glasses done the past 2 years at PV with Dr. Tran. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable & helpful. I have worn contact lenses for 47 years. Since last year my vision changed slightly. After wearing one contact for monovision with my old optometrist, Dr. Tran suggested trying multifocal contact lenses. I like that I have my written prescription for both contact lenses & glasses (which I also wear & always have a pair for back-up), but I get to try & wear these contacts for a week to see how they do & let my eyes adjust to wearing 2 contacts again after a good number of years. It's been 2 days only, but I got them in time for an important event after wearing just my glasses since the end of summer.

I want to give 5 stars but I was very disappointed after my last visit.
Long story short I got the Ray-Ban Meta Glasses, spent nearly 1000.00 between my prescription and the frames.
However when the left arm became a little loose I stopped in to get them tightened. The receptionist / checkout counter woman was very kind but couldn't find a tool to tighten them properly. She approached her manager who told her that they didn't have the right tool to help.
After spending one thousand dollars on glasses they lack the ability to do proper maintenance on the glasses they sell.
I was informed I could go on amazon and buy the tool myself. The part im clearly upset about is spending a small fortune on glasses only to be turned away for simple preventative maintenance and told to spend more money to do the job myself.
Perhaps if your going to sell a brand of glasses that requires a very specific tool to fix, you should probably have that tool on hand. Hey Pearl Vision, I heard from a credible source that you can find the right tool on amazon for only 20.00!

I have never had a problem going to Pearle Vision for glasses and adjustments. I have gone for many years and spent A LOT of money there. I went to get an adjustment the other day and the person at the desk greeted me and went to make the adjustment. The glasses were still off so she went back to adjust again and I saw a lady with dark hair come out of the back to help. They were very tight when she brought them back so I asked to have them loosened up just a touch. When the first girl brought them back the other lady was very rude and said "what's the problem now?" with her hand open. There was no one else there except a person waiting for the doctor so I don't now what the issue was as it wasn't busy. Sometimes glasses need to be adjusted several times and she made me feel very uncomfortable! I couldn't wear them the way they were as they hurt my ears. I never complain but I felt that she was very rude and it just wasn't right!
