Amazing experience overall & definitely my new yearly eye exam place! Abby/Abbie was very welcoming, personable, and kind from start to end. Dr Wallace was GREAT! She was very easy to talk to, and is very knowledgeable. She gave the most informative eye exam I've ever had, with very helpful takeaways I've never had explained to me and would've never known about otherwise. Shay was awesome. Very welcoming and calm atmosphere with lots of glasses to choose from!

Every time I go to Vision Works in Seekonk MA, I leave with a smile on my face. The staff at this location are exceptional, particularly Lisa, Shay, and Dr. Shaw (who sadly left). They are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating to my needs. Lisa is our go-to helper, but we met Shay recently who went above and beyond to help with a delayed shipping issue over the holidays. I am dedicated specifically to this location due to their wonderful customer service. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Visionworks in Seekonk is a pleasure to do business with. Jessica provided excellent customer service and solutions for my new prescription. Turned out that I didn't adjust well to the prescription transition lenses so she was able to resubmit my prescription to a single distance. I'm very happy with the service and the outcome and will continue to Use Visionworks as my source for optometry.

Super friendly staff. Knowledgeable in all aspects, answered all my questions, explained everything perfectly! A lot of options in many different shapes and sizes. And reasonable prices!

Edit to add I would expect to see a few bad reviews on any business because stuff happens. That said, after submitting my review I see there are quite a few 1 star reviews mentioning horrible customer service so I'm fairly confident I'm not overreacting. I don't like leaving bad reviews but the experience I just had warrants one. This place is a straight money grab. Everything this girl said was so you want this done right? That's another $30-40 copay. What? No. I want what the insurance covers. I've been considering trying contact lenses. According to this person it would have been another $120 - $160 copay for an evaluation with contact lens fitting. I said that is not something I would want to do with first just discussing how it even works with insurance, length of wear etc before I did any kind of evaluation or have anyone put anything into my eyes. This girl had a bad attitude and just kept saying it might not cost the entire $160. Since that conversation was going nowhere except raising my blood pressure I was going to just ask the examiner but I got frustrated I just left. I need a spiritual shower after being there for less than 5 minutes. I'll be going to an actual eye doctor who doesn't charge $160 extra to ask a question.

Everyone was great no waiting everything they were doing was explained clearly technician was great the doctor was awesome he did all the exams and then showed me my one eye that has a real problem but was an easy repair and set up for me to go to expert eye doctors to get my eye fixed so I could see better than I was recommend them to everyone

We appreciate that you were available on a Saturday. Scheduling online was quick and easy. The young lady who checked us in/out and performed the intake was professional and very sweet. The doctor was welcoming and made my son feel comfortable. We had a laugh with the front office staff on the way out. Overall, great experience! Thank you!

Extremely satisfied with Doctor. Took time with me and made sure my eye exam was perfect. Staff is very helpful and informative. Never a negative when I visit.
