We have been coming here for a few years and have always had a great experience. We went to Optician, Juan and he was very rude the two times we went to pick glasses. The previous employees were far better and much nicer. I wouldn't recommend going here and if you do ask for a different employee who has patience and time to speak to customers. We've been frequently visiting this place for a few years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, our recent visits to Optician Juan were quite disappointing. He was extremely rude and unprofessional during our two trips to pick glasses. In contrast, the previous employees were much more courteous and attentive. Given these experiences, I strongly advise against visiting this optician. If you do decide to go, please request a different employee who is patient and willing to engage in a friendly conversation with customers.

Worse Visionworks in the area! Horrible employees that can't provide a good customer services. I got there 6-7 minutes late and they handle the situation with disrespect and horrible attitude and words.
My wife and I were a client for years, but after that horrible experience we will never coming back to that place!

I went there to get a redo. I was told by the assistant manager that it's not my prescription. That is my lenses which to me absolutely makes no sense because the lenses should have nothing to do with the prescription and then she rudely told me that I had to go to my old doctor after my insurance paid to get my prescription done here
