I had an eye exam here & was very pleased with how quick & easy it was. I was checked in right away by an associate & did a couple of tests, including retinal imaging. I then saw Dr. Liang to finish the tests & get my eyeglass & contact prescriptions. She also recommended some eye drops for me to try when I mentioned that I sometimes get dry eye with contacts. I was able to order contacts during checkout & have them shipped right to my home. I'd definitely come here again.

There is no runaround! You go for your appointment; it is quick and painless...you don't have to choose between one and two for an hour. The enormous amount of eye appliances for you to choose from is awesome. And even choosing the type of lens you need is not an all-day affair!

I recently had an eye exam at Warby Parker for glasses and contact lenses. While the appointment itself was fairly efficient, the experience became frustrating once I tried to order contacts through the Acuvue website. The exam felt somewhat rushed, and although I was given a rewards pamphlet, I was unable to place my contact lens order because Warby Parker did not appear as a listed eye care provider on the site. After multiple email exchanges (during which I was incorrectly told I needed to enter insurance information), I eventually learned through a phone call with customer service that contact lenses must actually be ordered in-store. This was never communicated to me during my appointment. As this was my first visit to Warby Parker, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity and communication. In my experience, ordering contacts has been much more straightforward with other eye care providers, and this information should have been clearly explained upfront.

Contact lenses exam. Huge gap between the care I expected and what was delivered, particularly regarding the technical accuracy of the prescription and the follow-up process. Unprofessional staff. I voiced my concerns during exam and that was ignored. My first Warby Parker experience was about Clinical Negligence, Prescription Error and Administrative failure. Do Not waste your time and money at Warby Parker. Do Not fall for the Warby Parker's high-budget marketing TV add... This is a total Fiasco... LZ

Seriously the easiest and most pleasant and professional experience! I have purchased two pair of Rx vision wear at this store and appreciate their professionalism and knowledge. As well as their ability and willingness to adjust frames and do any work on the glasses at any time with a simple walk-in.

I've checked my eye health here 3 times and I'm incredibly pleased with each experience! Dr. Liang is a highly knowledgeable optometrist and very kind. For the 'Comprehensive Eye Exam', Dr. Liang always takes her time to ensure that my eyes are thoroughly examined through a multitude of different tests to get a holistic understanding, then explains her findings in detail and she's happy to answer all my questions! A+ service, ty team!

There was a problem with a pair of glasses that I ordered from WP online. (Did not actually conform to the prescription specifications) The staff were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Quickly arranged for WP to send a new, corrected pair of glasses at no charge.

I went in the beautiful ASSEMBLY in Boston store. Lara was wonderful. Easy to work with, very pleasant, knowledgable, super cool. WP stays on top for my always a great time shopping experience. Bravo!!!
