I bought an eyeglass here and paid the remaining amount using my VISA card after insurance. However, I noticed that my card was charged again $1068 after 28 days. When I asked them about it, they could not provide me with a clear explanation. So, I advise you to proceed with caution

I would give less than one star if possible. My 6 year old daughter's frame had trouble with the screw on one arm very early on. I had it tightened a few times and eventually it wouldn't tighten and broke. We duck taped it and called the shop. They assured me they would order a replacement (the same frame) and hoped it would be in by week end. I indicated we were leaving for vacation in 2 weeks so really needed it by then. A week and a half later I called and they said that the person had put in the order but never hit send. They would have it overnighted. The next day I called, they didn't get the overnight order in time for 4pm (even though I called before then) and now it would not make it. Fast forward a week with ducktaped glasses... My husband brings my daughter in to get her replacement frame and though her current one was purple, this one is green. They say it only comes in that color but NO ONE TOLD US THIS. My daughter is a wreck, very upset. They are THE WORST OPTICAL SHOP.
