I walked in for the first time a broken frame and the frustration of my primary optician's office not having any good advice for me. The customer service difference was overwhelming; in less than ten minutes, I had the answers I needed and multiple solutions. I was greeted the moment I walked in and helped each step of the way. In less than forty minutes, I had a new set of frames and new pair of lenses for an incredible deal and I had booked my new eye exam with my new optician. Their on-site lab is fantastic! Awesome service, especially Ray in Optical Dept. Even though I didn't buy my glasses there, Ray came out to my truck, took my glasses inside, fixed them in less than five minutes (really!) and didn't charge me. Guess where I'll be going for my next pair!!

These people are awesome. Repaired frames for me with no problems and reasonable priced as well. I don't endorse many places or advertise businesses but I was pleased with this quick fix.
