I've seen Dr. Brittany's since I was a little girl but after my experience with the front desk today, I am deeply disappointed. After moving back to the area, I called to schedule an appointment only to be told I am on a 'do not book' list for three past missed appointments. Two of these dates occurred over years ago when I was a minor, mind you I'm (30 years old now ) and the third one was a misunderstanding during COVID-19 protocols which they marked that I didn't attend when I did and had to wait outside their parking lot to be called in to be seen .When I attempted to explain this, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and spoke with a sarcastic tone. she told me to call my insurance to find a new doctor and hung up. It is heartbreaking to be treated this way .I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism .

I had such a great experience at Forest Park Eye Care! The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and truly takes the time to break everything down so it's easy to understand. You can tell they really care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. A special thank you to Alyssa--she made my eye exam such a smooth and stress-free process. She was not only professional and thorough, but also genuinely kind and attentive. She even listened when I shared how challenging it can be working with customers, and she laughed along with me when I tried to lighten the mood with some jokes. That really meant a lot because not everyone takes the time to connect with you like that. If you're looking for an eye care office with amazing service, a friendly team, and staff who truly listen, Forest Park Eye Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Amazing care and really nice staff. The only reason for the 2 star is cause we live pretty far out and based on the Google hrs of operation says Friday till 4:30pm. Come to find out after the long drive there, that in person it says 1:30pm.. So, that completely sucks!

In June, I went to get my eyes tested, and due to various circumstances, I couldn't get my glasses quickly. I recently got them, and it turns out that I can't see well with my right eye. I called the office to see if they could check my prescription, and it turns out that I have to pay to have my prescription checked because it's been more than 90 days! And they don't have any appointments until the end of November! So now I'm stuck with a bad prescription and I also have to pay for the mistake and for not knowing that I had a time limit for the prescription! If I could, I would give them a black star! Terrible service, the front desk staff are awful, they're only there to charge customers!

Very nice staff and very patient as well. Soon as the Dr said dont move I start twitching lol. Friendly vibe is great. I strongly recommend this place

Never on time. Expect to wait at least a half hour past your scheduled appointment maybe more. I always show up at 30mins early and still do not get seen on-time. When booking an appointment, I explained that I needed to be seen promptly in order to make it to work on time. I allowed 2 hours to travel to and from and be seen. I wasted my breath explaining my time constraints.

Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this eye care office. I scheduled my appointment TWO months ago and made sure to confirm that they accepted my insurance. The receptionist at the time checked and assured me that they did. Fast forward to today--I show up for my appointment only to be told, "Oh, we don't take your insurance. I don't know how they booked you." Really? After confirming everything months in advance AND receiving multiple calls and reminders in the past week to confirm my attendance? When I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with attitude instead of accountability. She tried to defend her staff by claiming she didn't know who ran my insurance--despite holding a sheet with the employee's name on it and stating earlier that my insurance was accepted. None of it made sense. I asked why no one contacted me earlier if they supposedly don't take my insurance. Her response? "I can't help you, sir. Have a good day." Then she just walked away. No apology. No effort to make it right. If this office can't even keep track of which insurances they accept, how can I possibly trust them with something as important as my eyes? This was a complete waste of time, and a total lack of professionalism from start to finish. Patients deserve better. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with confusion, mixed messages, and absolutely no accountability.

By this means I am indicating that they do not go to this place because when I went with my mirrors, since I had the routine of examining my eyes, they were measuring the recipe of the mirrors in the machine and they were so markedly glued to me. Since I paid for my mirrors in another perspective with a value of $500.00, they do not take care of the mirrors since they did not pay for it and do not see the pocket of one, I hope they answer me for them since I use them constantly in daily use.
