I love the doctor but when they book 3 patients every 15minutes to 1 doctor you end up waiting there for 3 hours no matter what time your appt is!!! I booked an 830am appt figuring I would be all set! NOPE!!! Even got there at 8 am little early...I didn't leave until 11:36am!! What is unfair is that if you are 15 minutes late they cancel you, but you can sit there for 3+hours and that's ok??? Absolutely insane!!! I wish there were protocols in place 12patients an hour is nuts.

I am a little disappointed with the service in this office. I scheduled an 8:30 appointment for a complete eye exam. I received a phone message to inform me the appointment would be at least two hours. I did not get the field vision test because I believe the staff forgot about me in the waiting room. The appointment was two hours when the doctor finally saw me and was confused why I didn't get the vision test because I had my eyes dilated. She said we will do the test next time. Not looking forward to another 2 hour visit. I like the doctor, the staff, not so much.
