I've been going to this LensCrafters location for many years - the customer service is always top tier. Cindy helped me out during my most recent visit, she's so incredibly talented at her job and I highly recommend her to anyone unsure of what glasses are a good look & fit for themselves. She will make shopping for glasses a fun experience, and you'll leave excited and confident with your new shades.

I received such great customer service at the Springfield, MA location. It was my first time at this store, and Steve was very knowledgeable. He took care of me in such a fast and efficient manor. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs quick service. My prescription sunglasses were ready in under 2 hours. I am so pleased with the product and the service I received. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I am very pleased with my experience at the LensCrafters store at the eastfield mall in spfld Cindy spent a lot of time helping me find glasses that fit and looked good on me I would definitely recommend your store to other people. I had trouble with the other pair I picked out. She tried to adjust them but I wasn't happy with the pair I picked out. They just didn't fit right. She has ordered new ones and I am just waiting for them to come in. Very happy

This was by far the best experience I've had compared to other locations. Emily was amazing to work with and so helpful. She made my nervousness go away by explaining every process so I was aware and comfortable. She explained benefits and pricing as well. I'll definitely continue coming back.

STAY VERY FAR AWAY! This was my first time using this Lens Crafters location. The exam was 'remote' and very lacking. The tech was almost non functional, barely spoke and didn't seem to know what machine was what. When I got my glasses, the prescription was all wrong, they had to retest. Turns out they put a + instead of minus. I had headaches and couldn't adjust for two weeks. After retest (which I had to wait two more weeks for), I got my new prescription. I wore them again for two weeks trying to adjust. I couldn't even read my computer or see a person sitting across from me at the dinner table. I brought them back for a refund and was told I would have to wait 6 weeks for the credit to go back to my insurance, AND they won't refund my exam fee even though they failed twice to get my prescription correct. The staff, especially the manager was rude, dismissive and uncaring that I am now going to be living with headaches and without proper glasses for at least 6 more weeks. This was a horrible experience and I recommend you stay away!! EDIT: To answer the reply, you can help by expediting the credit to my insurance and refund me the exam fee. The link you posted does not allow for either. If you truly wish to help, do both of those. Otherwise, your hollow attempt to seem helpful is useless.

This Lens crafters store is very good. Nice people working there, helpful and courteous. Brought in my glasses that got run over by golf cart, they did the lens replacement swapout in one day. Great staff. thank you.. I will never go to Holyoke mall lens crafters again...

I went to this store today (6/20/21) to have my Rx lens mounted on my own frames, but the gentleman that I spoke with gave me a whole bunch of excuses in regards to my brand new frames. (He can't mounted, he can't take the screws out, he can't warrantee the lens wouldn't come off the frames. Too many negatives for a guy that supposed to know what he's doing). I think he was ether to lazy to do it or he wanted a better commission and sale me a new frame from the store. Either way he appears that he doesn't know how to do his job. Never the less I won't be back to that store.

Where do I start with how patient and genuinely caring they are! Usually when a form of payment doesn't go through, people would show irritation and say "your card was declined". Soleil was not that person. She contacted support, and contacted another store for help and even still didn't give up! She went above and beyond for my glasses and if you have ocd and are blind, you will only want her to do your glasses! She was so patient and so knowledgeable, it really couldn't have been a better experience
