Answered all my questions, very friendly, the only one issue I would have would be when checking out the receptions was not friendly, turned to her co-worker and said she is not dealing with this. Previous customer had issues with billing. I told her girl it isn't that serious. Take a break if needed.. She just looked and smiled. If the receptions are having a hard day, maybe they should get up and take a walk or get some fresh air. Everything else was fine
