If I could give 0 starts I would..1st appointment they cancelled just 40mins prior to my appointment time, no reason or consideration, "we can't see you today there's nothing we can do" is what I was told. Reschedule to later find they charge an extra $40 to accommodate their doctor working remotely (to send him scans) vs having a doctor on site..on top of the $ they already get from my insurance for the exam..where has the customer service gone smh Lenscrafters has lost a loyal customer as a result

This was a great visit. The on-site technician was extremely knowledgeable, and the remote eye doctor was amazing! This is the way all remote appointments should work. The remote doctor was in direct control of the on-site equipment. I was extremely impressed!
