Second; they work with Masscor which provides justice involved individuals trades training to better themselves in society upon release. Bravo! I have been going here for years and staff have always been kind and helpful; However, one staff stands out, her name is Damaris. She is absolutely super friendly, makes you feel comfortable, goes the extra mile to help you, if she doesn't know the answer to your question she will check further, the list goes on. I do not recommend this place due poor service and lack of customer interaction. I came in the morning, two people at their desks, staring at the computers, pretending they don't see me. No hello, no smile, no welcome, very unmotivated to engage and to do actual business with customers. When I came to pick up my glasses, the same thing - only now it's 3 people staring at computers... Sigh. I paid cash as a self pay. 2nd star is for my new glasses. I wish them the best but next time I am going elsewhere.

Everyone is very nice and professional except for "Jose". He was very unprofessional and did not listen to us when we tried to explain to him our new Insurance Plan. We waited an unnecessary amount of time for my husband's glasses to come in. Then after OUR FOLLOW UP with the Insurance company they advised us to let "Jose" know to scroll down to page 2 and he would have seen this weeks before. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK BECAUSE OF HIM.
