I need to say that the doctors appear to be very good, once you get to see them. However, if you believe in timeliness and seeing your doctor on time, this is not the place for you. More often than not, I have had to wait at least an hour past my scheduled time to see the doctor. I am very familiar with the state of medicine today; however, this is inconceivable. Could you come out and tell your patients how long it will be before you get in? Maybe you could institute a system that notifies the patient how long the delay will be so that you can adjust your arrival time accordingly. We are all busy, and time is valuable.

I experienced sudden loss of vision on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago and was able to contact Dr. Phillip Moraitis who got me into his office for an exam that afternoon. He ordered a carotid ultrasound right away and arranged a followup appointment with a vascular surgeon. His timely response and followup to my condition was excellent and very much appreciated.

Dr. Hanson performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. Post surgery no pain, no floaters, no redness. Perfect outcome. Courteous office. Attention to detail. Felt like I was heard and received the best lens for my needs. Highly recommend!

Had an urgent event occur that required an ophthalmologist same day. Called and had a great conversation with Krista. She was super helpful, checked with 'backup' in the office a couple of times to ensure she was giving me the correct information, and even called me back to give me additional information. Received treatment a couple of hours after the phone call. A most excellent experience, thank you Krista and entire staff that helped!

I've seen Dr. Sarah Hanson for a handful of years now. She is attentive, caring, thoughtful, and really cares about her patients and doing whatever she can to support them. She is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good ophthalmologist. For the most part, the staff there is decent. But special shout out to Kim who always goes above and beyond.

Just called inquiring about eye exam services, and the woman answering the phone was as rude and impatient as a person could possibly be. It doesn't cost anything extra to be a decent person, but apparently that's not possible here. I'm sure the doctors are fine but they should understand their reception desk seems to hate people and resent doing their job. They also only take one type of insurance and if you don't have that, and have other insurance, they won't help you or treat you, even out of pocket. To the receptionist I spoke to at 2:38pm on 6/27/23, you should reflect on what you do for a living. You were rude for no reason, and you impacted my day in a terrible way. Your job is to work with people, please try it sometime. I really want to wish you a terrible day, but I won't. Please consider reflecting on how you treat people. By the other reviews I'm seeing, this clearly isn't the first time this reception desk has been rude for no reason. Be better!

My mother has been going here for years and since her provider retire her appt has been reshedule 3 times. No phone call just a cards in the mail. Three times i have adjusted my work schedule no consideration at all.

Left my old place to go here bc I thought they were rude. Turns out this place is 20x times worse. The doctors are good but the receptionists there are horrible. They're so strict about everything. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and i waited in the waiting room 20 minutes before they came out to tell me they couldn't take me. When i tried to explain I leave for a week for school so I needed the appointment the lady started walking away from me telling me it wasn't her problem and i needed to call. Now I can't get more contacts before school and I have to go back to my old place because this one is just so bad.
