I had the pleasure of meaning Michelle in the Tewksbury optical department. She was very knowledgeable and fixed my glasses in no time. I have since been back there several times and she is great!!!!!!! Very knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with.

I cannot relate to the negative reviews on here at all. I ended up going here roughly 6 years ago as a fast and cheap answer to needing glasses and contacts. I continued to go here because they were great. Dr. McGee has been the best. I've only had positive experiences with the people working the front. I've always felt comfortable and acknowledged here.
Today I went in because my glasses broke in half after about 6 years with them. They still carried the same frames so the very kind and helpful woman simply put my lenses into new frames. It took all of 6 minutes.
This place is a good one.

Would like to thank Dr Mark McGee. I been going to a lot of different eye doctors in the last 10 years and I've always complained about the clarity in my left eye. No doctor actually took the time to really look into it and try to fix it. He was determined to correct it and didn't rush me out like most places. I appreciate him and even the ladies in the front desk taking such great care of me.

I visited Dr. Mark A. McGee, O.D. I needed both glasses and contact lenses. During the eye exam, I experienced difficulty seeing clearly. When I mentioned the blurriness to him, he advised against describing it as blurry. Initially, he provided me with the incorrect contact lenses. Upon realizing the mistake, he mentioned it was because I hadn't informed him about my previous contact lens prescription by other doctor.
"Save money, live better" doesn't apply when it comes to your eyes.
You get what you pay for, so invest more for better quality to safeguard your eyes.
I recommend avoiding this place if you want to prioritize the well-being of your eyes.

Great Service~ Love Dr McGee! He is caring, patient and thorough. Both myself and my daughter go there. Had to return 3 x to have my daughter's nose piece replaced. (she has a bad habit of falling asleep in the car with her glasses on) They fixed them each time within 5 minutes. They understand we don't have insurance and recommend low cost options for my contacts too!

Nothing but positive experiences here. One pair of glasses got scratched. They fixed them no problem. They got me in same day for eye exam and I was even willing to pay out of pocket. Better than my doctor's office. Staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Mcgee took time with me and was thorough. Johnny and Judy were very helpful answering all my questions, adjusting my glasses and even helped me pick out a pair that was right for me. I won't go anywhere else! Love, love this place!!

I dreaded getting my new lenses made. I would have to go about 2 weeks without glasses while they make my lenses. Since I'm an elderly driver, that's not good. But I had to go to Walmart anyway, so I stopped by their Vision Center.
Johnny was at the desk and was very friendly, and helpful. He explained the options I could have with my new lenses. I didn't want new frames and he did not try to push new frames off on me, like in most store do.
He measured my lenses, my eyes, then took a complete description of my frames. I asked why and he said that with this information, they did not need my frames to make my lenses. Also, if my new lenses got a scratch two years down the road, they could make a replacement lens without me having to go in and sit through all the measurements again, and there was less likely a chance that my frames would get broken while in their care.
I cannot speak for those who submitted bad reviews about Walmart Vision Center, but I was well treated by Johnny, the price was reasonable, and I left the store with my glasses on for the drive home, and that's something new for me.
