At my annual appointment and the staff was super friendly and very helpful! The doctor was informative and explained things well. Who knew there were freckles in eyes? Dillon was super helpful with helping me pick out frames. I went in thinking I'd walk out with a black or red frame and ended up with a neutral shade. Special thanks to the staff and the sweet woman who helped me make make my choice. Excellent experience and highly recommend!

Thank you so much to the patient staff here! The exam was seamless and quick, the staff was incredible helpful picking the glasses / lenses, and then I ran into in issues with my HSA account. They were so patient while I worked to resolve the nightmare that is Optum Bank /Optum Financial. The desk staff let me use their phone, attempted to run numerous charges while I was troubleshooting, and they were so pleasant about it! while I would normally have been extremely aggravated with my horrible HSA, the staff's pleasant demeanor / support made it all that much better. I haven't even gotten the glasses yet but B Frank will definitely be my go to moving forward. Every staff member I encountered here was an absolute delight. THANK YOU!

I went to the Uxbridge location On my only day off from work only to find the office closed during business hours for an employee business meeting. I could literally see the employee sitting there talking. This was going to be a very large purchase. I had planned on ordering progressive lenses with Zeiss lenses. So because you people can't have an office meeting before your office opens at 10 AM no less, You lost my business. EDIT: I arrived based on the hours on your website.

Great visit! The staff was quick, helpful and friendly. During my eye exam the technician and doctor explained the procedure and its purpose along with recommendations. The Optician went over my insurance and described each option to help me make my decision on a frame and lenses. I purchased Oakley which is my favorite brand and the price was competitive, they have their own brand of frames that are basically free when purchased with most insurance policies.
1/24/2023 Update: My eyeglass frame was damaged 4 months after I received it and I went back to to B. Frank for replacement options. Phoebe assisted me with ordering replacement but a different frame, and I only had to pay the minor cost difference between the two frames. I will continue to use B. Frank going forward and recommend them to other.

I have a very busy schedule, and wasn't able to visit very easily during the week, however after seeing that this office was open on Saturdays, I decided to give them a try;
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service I received, and kind of amazed at the length to which their office goes to ensure that their patients are well-cared for, with the correct prescription.
I am especially very appreciative of the pricing transparency I experienced regarding my purchase of glasses frames and lenses. Frames and Lenses costed a lot even with my insurance, and having knowledgeable staff present to assist in the purchase process definitely helped me feel more comfortable about it, and also helped me make a more affordable purchase based on my needs.
I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a new prescription for glasses, as their staff is both extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
