My experience here was amazing. Receptionists were really nice. I got the appointment time wrong and was 10 minutes late, and they still fit me in without rushing or showing any impatience. The technician was very nice and the doctor was extremely thorough. They did things differently than my other eye doctors while also working with me since my ADHD can make me a bit all over the place and sometimes I need extra time for things, but they were absolutely understanding and great about it.

My visit today with Dr Smith was amazing and very informative to what I needed to see well again. The staff greeted me with smiles and knowledge on the type of glass that suited just for me. Melissa took the time to to get me not only the perfect fit but the perfect style I was looking for. I look forward to my yearly visit.

Our family had our first visit today and it was an exceptional experience from the minute we walked in. The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful, helping us with all our questions from our insurance through the entire process. I was very unhappy with the contacts I had from a different provider and I give major props to Kerri who was so thorough with my exam and she worked very hard to not only correct what I was unhappy with and then went the extra mile to make sure all the problems were corrected. I have not ever had an experience where I was this happy with any Healthcare provider. My husband and son worked with Jen who was also amazong. Give them a try if you need new eye care, you won't regret it.

I was disappointed by the predatory practices during my appointment here. Initially, they appeared friendly and reasonable when I scheduled the appointment. Due to my insurance coverage, I was informed that frames could not be provided as they were not covered. I expressed my preference to purchase frames online instead, which the man on the phone seemed happy and ok with that. However, upon arrival, I encountered additional charges at every step. The person checking me in casually mentioned a $28 fee for "photo retinal imaging" instead of dilating the eyes, without proper explanation. If this practice is common as they claim, it should be covered by insurance. Since it was not, I declined the additional service. The doctor also attempted to persuade me to opt for the imaging instead of performing a full eye health check through dilation. After the examination, a staff member was summoned to guide me in choosing frames. They immediately directed me to their brand without considering my preferences or displaying courtesy during the process. When I mentioned that I would be purchasing frames online due to my insurance coverage, the staff member responded rudely and seemed annoyed. Overall, I left the appointment feeling extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Furthermore, today I received the glasses with the prescribed lenses, but they feel uncomfortable. I have been experiencing a headache since this morning. I had concerns when ordering the glasses because the pupillary distance (PD) measurement was off by 2 mm from my previous prescription. I tried to verify the measurement with a ruler, but it was difficult to determine due to the close proximity. I suspect that this discrepancy may be the cause of my discomfort with the new glasses. It is unfortunate that I do not have an eye doctor who is willing to provide consultation regarding this matter.

From start to finish they were great!! Phoebe even picked out both my frames for me. I high recommended them.
