If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Dr. Edelstein and his staff were amazing. After a horrible experience at another place, including a botched exam and wrong prescription, Dr. Edelstein really took his time to examine my eyes and get me the correct prescription. His staff were so friendly and everyone there made me feel like I was heard and valued. I will definitely be doing my yearly routine visits here from now on.

Holy cannoli - what amazing service! a self-described "lens nerd" is exactly who I needed to talk to with too many options to make sense of. John walked me through everything with thoughtful, nuanced questions -- meeting me exactly where I was in the process. The team also ordered a frame for me to try on that wasn't in the store so I could see that particular color on my face - no commitment to buy. But I loved them, and I am buying them -- with confidence in my prescription. You can hear the laughs and nice vibe in the cozy store in the background. I give this office no stars absolutely horrible and more then RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!! Dr Elston or w e his name is , had an appointment and missed it day after Christmas missed by it by half hour refusing to give me another appointment and was more then RUDEabout it. He has been reported to the state , and has state looking at him for fraud!! Do not go there not worth the head ache

Dr Edelstein and his staff are all extremely welcoming and kind. He answers all my questions and has helped me find a brand of contacts I can actually wear all day without feeling like I've been walking through a desert during a hurricane. Scheduling and getting contacts/glasses shipped is always a breeze, healthcare and insurance can be a nightmare to navigate but the front desk staff are really organized and helpful.

AMAZING customer service!! I went in a couple days before my eye examine to look for new glasses! I was greeted by John he is by far the BEST person to help with eye glass choices!! He knows his stock inside out and gave me great choices!! Dr. E examined my eyes he too gave top notch engaging service!! It's true what they say service starts at the top! The three receptionists that answer the phones were also fantastic and also gave their opinion on what glasses looked best! What a great experience! Than you JOHN!!

I came here because it's the closest store I can find. I actually had great experience. No wait time, front desk and the doctor are all super nice and patient, felt like I was treated as a little child. Their shop looks old but their technologies and machines are very updated there's no worry about that. I got my exam done and new glasses ordered very fast. Saved my time. I can see why there are so many good reviews now.
