Dr. Paris is very friendly and supportive, thorough with history and exam. The office staff are helpful and send messages to remind of appointments. (Their eyeglass service is extremely expensive, so be forewarned.)

I had been coming here for years and always and always dealt with Kelly who works with clients on eyeglasses. She was always amazing with me. My issue is with owner Stephanie Paris who is very rude and aggressive. The issue started with my contact lenses and they wanted to charge me extra to fix the issue. I was told I could find a new place to get my glasses and contacts after they wanted to charge me more. Stephanie is beyond rude and treated me very disrespectfully and also told me I was not able to speak with Kelly. She literally told me this. I would not recommend this spot. Also, when it came time for my $40 refund, I called and gave the front receiptionist my cc info to which I never got a refund. I had to call back again and the office claims I never called. They are spiteful and vicious and unprofessional. I've found a new spot in boston where I'm treated with respect and kindness. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this spot.

Good service overall. After breaking my frames, and needing a replacement ASAP, they moved quickly to replace them. It helped that I had purchased the frames with them previously, and they could quickly determine what frames I needed to replace without new lenses. Downside of this experience were the several times I called between 4:30 and 5:30 (the latter time the closing time) and did not speak with a person. I was stressed given I was desperate to replace the frames, and the prospect of losing another day without my glasses was disheartening. Nonetheless, they came through in the end.

I saw Dr, Smith yesterday. Her service and care was very very great. I would give her 10 out of 5 stars if I could. And the stuff was very helpful as well. 100% recommend

I've been a patient at Paris Eyecare for about 4 years and have always had good experiences at my yearly exam. Dr Smith is very knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I had a vision problem that led to my PCP recommending that I see an optometrist immediately, and Dr Smith was able to see me within 15 minutes of my phone call. They quickly and efficiently evaluated my eye condition, and then immediately referred me to a local ophthalmologist who could see me immediately as well. I was so impressed with how efficiently they managed everything. I've recommended them in the past, and this recent experience further solidifies my 5-star review of the practice.

I made a same day appointment so as to avoid waiting. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me select a couple of frames as I wasn't sure what would suit my face and gave me plenty of time to decide which ones I liked. She explained in detail the different add ons for the lens and their functions. I didn't feel rushed and left with more info on glasses than I ever received going to chain stores. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I've been Dr Paris' patient for 35 years. I really appreciate how thorough and patient she is during my exams. She always make me feel well cared for. She explain everything so clearly -- it really helps me understand my eye health better. it's easy to tell you really care about your patients. Thank you for taking the time to make sure my vision is the best it can be.
