Putnoi Eye Care

Felt like a trip to the DMV. I will never go here again. Made an appointment here for me and my mom as we both badly needed our eyes checked and had things we wanted to discuss with a Doctor. It was like "take a number" and a factory of people waiting to be seen. Saw two people for very short time, no one asked or seemed to care if we wanted to ask or discuss anything. Very one sided "care"...felt impersonal like a money making machine. Both of us left feeling uncared for and a little in shock.

Debbie is extremely rude and unhelpful. She even had the gall to comment on my age and what my capabilities should be. Such an ableist place. I definitely don't feel safe here. Never going back.

Putnoi Eye Care I was a patient of Boston Eye Institute, after Dr. Richard Domfeld had worked hard for many years he decided to retire he referred me to Putnoi Eye Care Dr. Putnoi and his staff from day one made me feel I was part of their extended family. After my first appointment, I knew this was the right doctor for me. He was confident, relaxed, informative and reassuring. I was also impressed by his staff of caring assistants. The Doctor Putnoi and staff are all very professional and helpful. They kindly answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The time finally came to have my cataracts removed, January 5 and 12, 2022. I am so happy we chose Dr. Putnoi. He explained everything to me ahead of time. The surgery was so easy and pain free. Having recently completed both cataract surgeries, I am obviously thrilled with the results. Dr. Eric Putnoi, I would like to compliment you and your staff for making my cataract surgery a positive experience. I especially like how cheerfully and professionally I was treated from the first time I walked in the door at SUGISITE BOSTON, 1440 Main street Waltham MA. All phases of the surgery were carefully explained to me, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Putnoi provided courtesy, kindness, compassion, and friendly service throughout. He has a "special talent" to make everything comfortable for every patient that he provides for. The staff is also very professional, which complements the practice. Dr. Putnoi, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Know that you have truly made a difference in my life. You are so gifted, and I thank God that you are the surgeon that did this for me. Your office is clean, comfortable and modern. Your equipment is state-of-the-art. Your staff is alert, friendly and meticulous. I would recommend you to anyone facing any eye care issue.
