I needed a new pair of glasses and wasn't sure what I wanted. I found the staff exceptional. I was introduced to a variety of styles and we came up with the perfect pair of glasses. The glasses were ready in a couple of days. I could not be happier.

I went in to have a routine eye exam, not a big deal as I have a mild astigmatism. I purchase glasses and the prescription turned out to incredibly wrong. I was blind with this prescription. Now I have to pay full because insurance won't cover another eye exam and waltham vision care won't do any thing to help. Not helpful and obviously incompetent. If you want a prescription that will help you see, DO NOT go to Waltham vision care!

Ones I try to go in person and the Young lady was in front was so unprofessional And just gave me a card to call I did trying to conact them twice already and a lady always answer ask me to be on hold and I have to hangout the phone because I being waiting for more then 15 minutes.
Can say anything else, if they do this with new costumes image!!
