My young daughter failed a school eye exam. I just happened to choose this office because it's close by. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Zak is so personable. It has a classic, small practice feel. Something you don't find often these days. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. If we need an optometrist again, we will definitely be back.

horrible doc, horrible office from the 1950's
refused to cancel my glasses prescription 15 minutes after I chose the wrong kind.
I repeatedly called and requested the glasses NOT be filled several times within 24 hours. He ordered the glasses despite my requests and told me I was NOT allowed to change my mind.
I reported him to MassHealth, Fallon, etc.

I had to go for a second opinion because I knew my eye sight had changed when he said it didn't ??
Thank god I did I have cataracts and will need surgery..
