I recently had LASIK with Dr. Frangie and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. They were thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect, including video diagrams, which really put me at ease. They even allowed my driver to watch the procedure, which was such a thoughtful and unique touch! The follow-up care has been excellent, and I've felt very supported throughout the entire process. Everyone in the office is genuinely kind and welcoming, and Dr. Frangie himself is not only skilled but also very funny, which definitely helps calm the nerves! I highly recommend him to anyone considering LASIK. 10/10

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Frangie and his staff. Everyone was professional and extremely friendly, During my pre-op And post- op visits . The day of my cataract surgery I was extremely nervous and they put me at ease. My vision is restored. I highly recommend Dr. John Frangie .

Dr. Frangie and his staff are exceptional. I am so happy with my lasik eye surgery. The whole office was so helpful, patient, friendly and supportive. Sara was great and knowledgeable, she really put me at ease. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Frangie.

Dr. Frangie and his staff are amazing. I have had 2 eye surgeries with them and wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. Dr. Frangie is both informative and compassionate and creates a smooth and top-notch experience from start to finish. I found their customer service to be above and beyond, and Sarah, the surgical coordinator, spent extra time getting my records from my PCP up until the last minute! Thank you Dr Frangie and staff!

HORRIFIC customer service. I am vacationing out of state and my glasses fell into the lake we were boating on, so I called this morning to get help, since I am now effectively blind. The woman that answered refused to give me my script so I could have a chance at getting SOMETHING so I could see for the rest of my vacation and drive home. The only thing she offered was to have my record pulled for review and that I MIGHT get a call back. Well after going into town I was able to find an optometrist that had basic human decency and helped me get a new pair in AN HOUR. In LESS TIME than it took for these clowns to make a phone call. Despicable. Thankfully I had my script saved on my phone. My recommendation would be to write your info down because this place will refuse to help you when you're in need. EDIT: The office was gracious enough to call me at 8:30 this morning, and didn't even leave a message. So, if you're in desperate need of a new pair of glasses, you could call this office and wait three days for a missed call, or you could call a competent business and have 72 new pairs of glasses in the equivalent amount of time. Your call.

Amazing and helpful staff . Dr Frangie was very informative Surgery - I came in super anxious. He and his staff put me at such ease that we even shared a few laughs during the surgery. Incredibly thankful to everyone from Sarah to Josephine and everyone else who helped out.

This was my first visit with my sister for an eye exam after a family member had recommended it to me, and after todays visit we will definitely be returning. The staff is very professional, warm, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Special shout out to one of the staff members Jossie who treated us so well. She converted my anti-social sister into a happy social butterfly! Once again the staff are great and they know what they're doing. They also make sure YOU know what they're doing so you leave with no concerns.
