Although most staff were still in training. Kristian did an excellent job of checking me in. I later had to check out and he was again able to help me set up a follow up appointment. A tech had rushed out to catch me to redo an eye image b/c I blinked. Kristian was able to schedule a follow up with a specialist. Great Job!

Sounds great and it is... but it also feels like a machine. Lacks the warmth and personal touch of a small practice. Not a complaint just my personal preference.

All of the staff are outstanding. They are all extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I see Dr Neerukonda and I truly can not sing his praises enough. He has done both eye exams and eye surgery on me and truly moving forward I do not want to see any other eye doctor besides him. He is so knowledgeable, kind and caring it is truly an enjoyable experience at every appointment. If I could I would give Longwood Eye 10 Stars

Super good experience I waited like half an hour before I was brought into the room, but I don't mind because you can tell they spend the time they need if they have to with each patient so it doesn't feel rush. It does feel like they take their time with each one of them Which I like because it feels like they care about about their patients and about the service. Also the place is very clean, nice and spacious, it doesn't feel cluttered or tight. From the check in until the end that I saw the provider The service was 10/10!
