Dr Kessler is very kind and professional. I was terrified of having cataract surgery but he took a lot of time explaining the procedure and put me at ease. I had both eyes done and the improvement was immediate. On subsequent visits he always asked if we had any questions. It is so great to have a doctor who does not rush you. I have tried 3 different eye doctors and trust me, hr is the best! His staff is also quite knowledgeable, organized and friendly!

Outstanding cataract removal procedure from start to finish. Dr Kessler and staff were personable and professional throughout the entire process. All instructions were thoroughly reviewed and understood. I only had the right eye surgery performed and it was quick and easy; you are in and out within an hour and there is no pain or discomfort of any kind. Everyone at Carroll Eye Surgery Center is courteous from the minute you check in until one of the many nurses walks you back out to your car. The nurses are extremely polite and treat everyone as if they are their only patient for the day. I highly recommend Dr Kessler and staff for cataract removal surgery.

11-12-22 Update- 3-years after my cataract surgery Dr. Kessler performed a YAG capsulotomy on my right eye to clear up my vision which had become blurred. The procedure was a great success. Dr. Kessler is a wonderful doctor and the office staff in Westminster is just great. I am grateful to be a patient in this practice.
