Doctor Morley is very nice and professional. Tish is fabulous to work with! She spent so much time with me, trying to get my glasses to fit properly on my face! I have also observed her dealing with "difficult" patients and she shows a great deal of respect and care for them. Highly recommend this practice!

Check your stuff before you leave!!! I've gotten expired eye drops and expired contacts lenses that were almost 4 years expired. Called them multiple times about the issue to get voicemail and never got any calls back. Once I finally got ahold of them after about a week and a half, they proceeded to tell me there's no way they were that expired and they check stuff before giving them to patients as well as the receptionist saying they are still perfectly safe to use. Absolutely NOT! Never got a call that my glasses were in either. Once they came in, I was missing part of my order, still no call. Called again today to ask if my order was in and was put on hold and hearing a customer also say they haven't heard back from them either so that's why they were there. Also the part I called about she said was there but I can't pick up until Friday?? I feel like I've being lied to and the part isn't there and I was a forgotten patient once again. Steer clear of this practice until they can get their stuff together.

Dr. Morley quickly identified my husband's cataracts. Tish called for us to immediately see an ophthalmologist. Appreciate them both.

I have been going to Dr. Morley for several years now and want to share how happy I am with Auburn Family Eyecare's staff and expertise. I always get a very thorough exam and any questions are answered with care and professionalism. Dr. Morley takes the time needed to make sure my lens prescription is the best it can be. I never feel rushed. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I have been very pleased with the assistant. She is extremely knowledgeable and was so patient with my indecisiveness when picking out a frame! I feel the Dr. and staff does a wonderful job caring for my eyes and eyesight. There is always great communication and they truly excel at providing excellent customer service. I couldn't be more pleased!

Fantastic service and selection. Dr. Morley is very professional and takes the time to explain the eye exam process. The staff is friendly and professional and does a great job of ensuring the proper fit. Even took the time to adjust the fit for me when I just showed up without an appointment.

I have been going to this practice since I first got glasses at 15. I am now 30 and have always had a wonderful experience until recently. Dr. Morley has always been and still was incredibly helpful and caring. However, after my most recent visit I was less than pleased with the receptionist/assistants help. While picking out my glasses and lens options, it was my understanding the lens and lens options I wanted (blue light blocking, UV coating, anti-scratch and anti-reflection) were included in the price that was given to me as I had discussed with the doctor and assistant. Once my glasses arrived and I picked them up, on my drive home I noticed a lot of reflections in the lenses. When I called to ask and make sure the anti-reflective coating was put on my lenses, the receptionist told me that I declined any additional lens options when I ordered my glasses which simply is not true. There was no discussion of those options costing extra and appeared to have been included in the insurance comparisons she provided. She informed me that new lenses could be made for my frames that included blue light blocking and anti-reflective coating but for an additional $85. This is after paying the $172 post-insurance price. When I called and spoke with her she was argumentative and not accommodating, understanding or willing to take accountability. I expected more from this practice as previously I have had great experiences both with getting glasses and contacts. I will not be going back and will be looking for a new optometrist with more updated instruments and more knowledgeable staff.

The eye doctor was very pleasant during my exam but everything else was a horrendous experience. Tish the receptionist charged me incorrectly and forgot to order my contacts (took almost 2 months and several phone calls to receive). I would avoid this practice if possible.

I've seen countless eye doctors over the past few years, but none have provided me with the spectacular care that I received from this facility. The optician Tish was super helpful and went above and beyond for me. Thank you! I love my contacts and have never felt better.
